Summary
InterDigital is currently seeking an Applications Administrator for Dynamics 365, OneStream and other applications to work in our IT Department. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Applications and provide support and administration.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as Application Administrator for Applications by:
• Lead the evaluation, planning, system design, functional specifications, development and implementation of enhancements, upgrades, customization and configurations
• Reviewing and documenting business requirements and translate into proper system requirement specifications.
• Identifying opportunities to utilize new Application features and function to improve business processes and productivity
• Prioritizing and resolving issues either individually or through managing managed service providers in the resolution of issues and in developing enhancements, customizations and configurations
• Performing root cause analysis of problems, impact analysis and planning of proposed system upgrades and patches
• Upgrading systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Executing change control procedures to ensure all enhancements, upgrades and patches are thoroughly tested and planned before implementation in the production environment
• Maintaining all related technical documentation; where applicable, developing and communicating company policies and procedures
• Providing Technical and Functional Support to business users on day to day operations.
• Configuring and Maintaining system workflows
• Support SOX audit of Enterprise Application Controls associated
• Attending weekly status meetings with management to review the status of open issues and prioritize them appropriately.
• Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to performance, security or process issues
• Managing scheduled refresh of data from Production to TEST and other development environments
Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by
• Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures ("SOP")
• Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards
• Ensuring the application of IT policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of all services
• Participating in the modification of related company SOPs
Contributes to team effort by
• Working with internal staff to resolve issues
• Exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization and departmental processes
• Helping others to achieve results
• Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field of study (10+ years relevant IT Experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• At least 10 years of experience with Financial and Project Modules (GL, AP, AR, PA, FA) in ERP Systems such as AX/D365 for Finance and Operations, Oracle, or SAP with a minimum of 3 years in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
• At least 1 year of experience with OneSteam to include Consolidation, Reconciliation, Budgeting processes, and in the creation and maintenance of task manager.
• Experience with Full Life Cycle Implementation and environment management preferred
• Strong understanding of all System Administration and Organization Administration functionality
• Strong understanding of Financial Processes
• Strength in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Ability to create customizations via SQL a plus
• Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks simultaneously
