Customer Experience Supervisor (Administrative)
Supervise employees of the Customer Experience Department, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to retain business and promote growth opportunities.
Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, test new processes and implement changes within the team.
Provide one-on-one and group training for the Customer Experience Team.
Review orders and quotes daily for accuracy.
Support Customer Experience Representatives with difficult customers, orders and quotes.
Monitor order entry process flow and provide assistance to ensure stability and smooth operations.
Maintain a professionally presentable and organized office work area.
Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost-saving programs!
Other duties as assigned.
