Prestige Manager - Southern CA (Finance)
The Prestige Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-40 high-profile accounts, with a strategic focus on premium and ultra-premium customers. This role is dedicated to elevating brand presence through targeted distribution, back bar placements, menu integrations, and high-impact activations. A key focus will be strengthening partnerships with Michelin Guide establishments and advancing brand house initiatives to reinforce luxury positioning.
Role Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with 30-40 top-tier accounts, including luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and high-end cocktail bars.
• Develop tailored strategies to expand distribution and enhance brand presence in prestige venues.
• Ensure strong visibility of top-tier brands through strategic back bar placements, menu listings, and by-the-glass offerings.
Brand Development & Activation
• Focus on driving the success of premium and ultra-premium portfolio within high-touch accounts.
• Lead exclusive brand activations, events, and partnerships to engage consumers and elevate brand prestige.
• Strengthen alignment with Michelin Guide establishments and execute brand house initiatives to reinforce luxury credentials.
Sales & Performance Optimization
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within prestige accounts, increasing both distribution and sales velocity.
• Collaborate with field marketing and brand teams to develop customized strategies that align with venue needs and brand objectives.
• Monitor account performance, leveraging insights to optimize execution and drive sustainable growth.
Training & Education
• Serve as a brand expert, educating trade partners and staff on product history, craftsmanship, and differentiating qualities.
• Conduct immersive training sessions, tastings, and brand storytelling experiences to deepen account engagement and loyalty.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and trade advocacy, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
• Act as a thought leader in the luxury space, fostering a culture of excellence and mentorship within the organization.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in luxury sales, account management, or the high-end hospitality industry.
• Deep understanding of premium spirits, fine dining culture, and high-touch customer service.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to execute impactful activations and elevate brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for luxury experiences and a commitment to brand excellence.
The salary range for this role, based in California, is $95-100K, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
