Provide paralegal support to the Interstate Natural Gas Pipeline Group:
Review, edit, cite check, and draft legal documents, including commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, land-related agreements, and correspondence (with attorney supervision).
Conduct legal and general research as assigned.
Provide commercial transaction, audit, and regulatory filing support (including SharePoint management, proofreading documents, filings, and agreements, and organizing documents).
Assist with tracking Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") and related court proceedings; track, summarize, and organize documents and filings (including comments, responses, testimony, environmental assessments/environmental impact statements, and orders/permits).
Undertake due diligence (including corporate records and UCC searches).
Special departmental projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

Ability to work within cross-functional teams in multiple offices, take direction from multiple supervisors, attend to details, adhere to established work schedule, and follow work rules.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and with Teams, including SharePoint.
Education/Training Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
Formal training in a paralegal certificate program is highly desirable.
Seven to ten years of direct experience as a legal assistant/paralegal in a corporate or transactional area preferred.
Familiarity with FERC and its regulations, procedures, and processes desirable.
