Role Summary
The Senior Business Analyst on the Sales and Client Data Strategy Team will be responsible for supporting changes to client relationship data, reactively and proactively addressing data processes and quality issues, and service as a lead in resolving 6-8k cases per year. . In this position, you will work with cross-functional teams to address immediate ask and ensure root-cause is documented.
The overall goal of the role is to improve the availability and accuracy of data in Sales Management Platforms. Oversight of Operational Data Management (ODM) team's questions and research/direction on complex data updates for ongoing support of sales management tools. Collaborates on data standards within cross-functional teams to ensure data is regarded as accurate, timely, reliable, and trusted by business stakeholders. Serves as the key stakeholder for management of complex data updates, system enhancements and best practices.

Base salary ranges:
$114,500.00 - $195,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
