Bridge Support Coordinator, Temporary (Transportation)
Greets, screens, and directs patients, assuring they are queued as arrived for services.
Manages support program, education workshop and events schedule.
Manages the communication of support programs and education workshops to those patients who RSVP via registration link.
Provides resources and coordination to patients in a timely manner.
Coordinates with CARTI Marketing team with any information related to The Bridge Programming.
Proactively participates in the marketing of the support groups and educational workshops by initiating patient and team member engagement in person and virtually.
Orders and provides refreshments and snacks during support groups and educational workshops.
Fulfills patient care responsibilities as assigned which may include accompanying patients to their destination within the clinic.
Manages patient flow and receive patients, including answering telephone, screening calls, taking messages, and providing information.
Reports any housekeeping issues to the facilities manager.
Manages office and clinical supplies.
Assists in the care and maintenance of office equipment.
Opens any unspecified mail/faxes and distribute.
Organizes meetings for Sr. Director with facilitators of support programs and educational workshops.
Manages, plans and coordinates virtual sessions for The Bridge Programming.
Prepares reports as assigned by supervisor.
All other duties, as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE and REGISTRATION:
Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
Relevant work experience in an administrative setting, a plus.
A valid Arkansas Driver's license.
Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Must interact and communicate both verbally and in written form.
Must interact and exchange information regarding patients with physicians and other departmental personnel, and outside agencies on a frequent basis while respecting the confidentiality of patient information.
Must be organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with a diverse population.
