Branch Manager Hopkinton (Project Management)
Direct the overall activities of the branch to ensure branch growth, retain member satisfaction, and promote employee development.

Assist members with routine account-related requests such as:
Manage subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s) . Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervise nonsupervisory employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the credit union's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university; five to seven year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
