Part Time Rolex Client Experience Coordinator (Sales)

Ben Bridge Jeweler's store in University Town Center is seeking a part time Rolex Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills or other luxury retail customer service experience.
Job Summary:
The Client Experience Coordinator would help manage client arrivals at the front door and guide clients to available sales associates as well as other customer service related duties. This is an hourly position, with scheduling discussed with the store manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner with a big Aloha smile
- Direct guests to available salespeople for assistance
- Offering assistance and beverages to guests
- Answer phone calls
- Help with organizational tasks and cleanliness in store as needed
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Have great listening and communication skills
- Work well within a small, close-knit team
- Present a warm, caring, and dedicated demeanor
- Have an outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
- Professional attire
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Bilingual is a plus
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
This part time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times. You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits provided you meet the minimum work requirement of 20 hours/week. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training and paid time off, such as: vacation, holidays, bereavement and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year service time).
