Talent Engagement and Assessment Senior Consultant (Finance)
About the Role: As a Senior Consultant, Talent Engagement and Assessment, you will be part of our Talent Management team and key to ensuring the Talent Strategy effectively aligns to organizational and leadership pipeline goals from talent insights and Talent Management expertise. This role will drive strategy, impact action plans and outcomes of measurement across a diverse employee workforce through organizational listening and assessment efforts.
This role is located in at our Arden Hill, MN Corporate Headquarters (Hybrid work arrangement each week). Qualified candidates not local to Minneapolis/St. Paul may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Listening strategy, including all aspects of employee engagement measurement, planning and solutions for Corporate and Frontline workforce
Assessment Strategy for selection and development

Hiring Range: $105,040-$157,560
