Dealership Deal Compliance Specialist (Maintenance)
Job Responsibilities
Finalize all retail and fleet sold vehicles in a timely manner.Serve as a backup for finalizing wholesale units sold.Apply for Ford incentives, including cash-back programs and Pin #s.Maintain accurate records of missing or incomplete Pin #s.Verify receipt of all cash down payments and balances for customer and wholesale deals.Act as backup support to the Title Clerk/Biller, addressing inquiries from customers, lenders, and dealership personnel.Protect customer and vendor privacy by adhering to the companys Confidentiality Policy.Maintain high ethical standards, work habits, and Customer/Employee Satisfaction standards.Collaborate effectively with all dealership personnel.Organize and file sold unit deal jackets.Monitor schedules and ensure compliance.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for the duration of the work shift.Proficiency in dealership software, including Excel, Word.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Efficiency in using office devices and technology.Ability to follow established office processes accurately.Physical capability to lift at least 10 lbs and perform bending or twisting motions as required.High attention to detail and organizational skills.
