Responsible for successfully managing all facets of new installation and modernization projects meeting both customer expectations and branch profit projections. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Review all bids by working in coordination with the sales team
Respond to customer questions, issues & requests
Order and track materials and factory parts; includes controlling costs
Proactively support a safe working environment for all employees
Perform job site audits and quality control activities
Close out jobs by ensuring that all costs have been correctly applied
