Oracle Functional Analyst (Finance)
We are seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to support and enhance existing modules while implementing new functionalities within Oracle eBusiness Suite applications. This role focuses on modules such as Oracle eBiz OM, QP, WSH, AR, Costing, Channel Revenue Management, iStore, EB Tax, and other integrated applications like EDI and Website Applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and Distribution modules, along with the ability to understand SRNA's business processes. This includes evaluating business requirements, conducting gap analyses, designing solutions, configuring applications, performing testing, and training end users. The role requires close collaboration with business users and stakeholders to optimize ERP processes and ensure seamless integration between distribution systems and Oracle ERP solutions. Additionally, this role provides guidance to the team and assigns day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Expertise:
Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with Oracle eBusiness Suite capabilities.
Configure and support modules such as Oracle eBiz OM, QP, WSH, AR, Costing, and others.
Implementation & Support:
Implement and support Oracle modules and related applications, ensuring robust functionality and user adoption.
Conduct application testing and quality assurance to validate solutions.
Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution for end users.
Collaboration & Training:
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance application understanding and utilization.
Systems Analysis & Reporting:
Perform system analysis and manage deliverables to ensure project timelines are met.
Generate reports and insights to support business decision-making.
Leadership & Guidance:
Guide and assign daily tasks to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and deliverable management.
Maintain a good understanding of global accounting processes, including multi-org and multi-geography specifics.

Qualifications
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and Distribution modules.
Ability to conduct gap analyses and design solutions to meet business requirements.
Experience configuring and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite modules.
Excellent understanding of multi-org, multi-geography specifics in global accounting organizations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Work Experience
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in Information Technology, including three to five (3–5) years in a functional role within an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
Expertise in setups, configurations, at least one full implementation, and production support for Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Purchasing, and Receivables.
Additional knowledge in Inventory, Cost Management, and Trade Management is highly desirable.
Education & Training
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
Oracle IT certifications are required.
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Expertise in Oracle technologies, including ERP (EBS R12), SQL, Toad, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant tools.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods.
May involve walking on level surfaces, reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
