Resident Membership Specialist (Sales) (Sales)
The Resident Membership Specialist is a sales position that plays a pivotal role in welcoming potential residents into the ClarkLindsey community by guiding them through the journey from initial inquiry to move-in. This individual will foster strong relationships, conducting informative and engaging tours, and supporting sales for independent and assisted living residences. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of the sales and relationship building responsibilities of this position are:
o Be the trusted, empathetic first point of contact for prospects, and guiding them through every stage of the process with a goal of successful closing.
o Conduct impactful tours and sales presentations tailored to each prospects unique circumstances.
o Maintain accurate and complete records and reports, and provide analysis of the data, using a CRM system.
o Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to ensure ClarkLindsey is competitively positioned.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in sales highly preferred.College degree preferred.Experience with older adults and senior living environments preferred.Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, Teams and CRM systems required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including being able to maintain conversation and documentation with professionalism and ease required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively required. ClarkLindsey values adaptability.Performing work responsibilities with integrity and high ethical standards is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Works in office area as well as throughout the facility and its premises, including moving throughout campus while providing expansive tours.Is involved with residents, family members, staff members, visitors, etc. under all conditions/circumstances.Must have flexibility of schedule and availability to work occasional weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.Must be able to operate transportation aides such as golf carts and push occupied wheelchairs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.40 per hour, and is based on experience. Company-wide bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year. Additional bonus opportunities are available for this position. Additional bonus of up to $1,000 per month, based on sales performance, available.
