Description
The Cigna.com Digital Product Owner is a critical part of the Cigna.com Digital Product team, responsible for defining and delivering solutions that create value for stakeholders while striking a balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. Reporting to the Cigna.com Senior Product Owner, the Digital Product Owner will have responsibilities including translating the broad digital roadmap into specific initiatives, requirements, and acceptance criteria; designing solutions that support critical objectives; reviewing analytics data and metrics dashboards to understand user needs, opportunities, and existing product performance; prioritizing work to balance velocity with value; and working with stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams across the entire Cigna.com portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-target delivery.
This is a high profile, high impact opportunity to lead a major part of the strategic agenda on our flagship digital property. The ideal candidate will have a history of collaborating with a broad matrix of Product Owners, UX Designers, Content Strategists, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, business requestors, and subject matter experts (SMEs). This role will work with partners across the enterprise to identify and document digital features as detailed acceptance criteria for delivery and development.
The Digital Product Owner will be accountable for delivering exceptional user journeys across all audiences and properties, and will be evaluated on their ability to create improvements in customer acquisition, user satisfaction, and engagement metrics. As part of our Agile program structure, this role will have responsibility for navigation, information architecture/site hierarchy, solution architecture, and functional capabilities, as well as velocity, capacity management, rationalization, and prioritization.
Responsibilities
• Key Liaison between stakeholders, development teams, UX and content teams
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Nurture ideas and solutions and contribute towards determining roadmap objectives for products in the creation phase
• Support the development team as product SME throughout the entire development process
• Lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects across teams
• Assist in the establishment of features, their priority, acceptance criteria and participate in sizing exercises.
• Identify, communicate, escalate and resolve team dependencies and impediments with stakeholders
• Support the delivery of a demonstration for the program increment release
Requirements
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,800 - 194,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
