Job Description:
Essential Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office
Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person
Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable
Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area
Order and stock supplies as needed
Perform other administrative duties as requested
Work hours 11:30AM - 8:30 PM Monday to Friday. A car service will provide transportation home.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist
Previous experience in a client service field preferred
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be a true team player and work cohesively with team.
Work in shared work space not to be personalized as an individual's workspace.
Work at a high professional level with Sidley staff and Sidley guests.
Must be flexible in terms of schedule and day to day needs as they arise – this is a rotational position. Also that the flexible schedule includes coverage for vacations and absences
Standard messaging must be used at all times
Must provide a white glove experience to everyone the receptionist interacts with
While based at a client location, this will be an Epiq employee.
Excellent communication skills
The Compensation range for this role is 19.26 to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
