Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Administrative)
• Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Assist residents and visitors by providing information and directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Support the Administrator in administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and record management.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll preparation, tracking and updating employee hours etc.
• Complete monthly expense report for the administrator , ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, professional, and stocked with relevant materials.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, especially in a healthcare or customer-service setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software as needed.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic environment with residents, visitors, and administrative duties.
