Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations Manager (Project Management)
Manage Warehouse Supervisors and Fleet Supervisor
Duties/Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships for materials and equipment.
Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
Oversee purchasing and expense purchase order (EPO) management in compliance with corporate policy.
Plan and manage inventory levels across multiple locations.
Ensure proper stock availability and implement replenishment strategies.
Lead Supervisors and local teams in maintaining equipment levels and warehouse efficiency.
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to company standards.
Manage transportation and logistics strategy to ensure timely delivery and recovery of equipment.
Oversee fleet and warehouse team efforts in truck upfitting, fleet redistribution, telematics support, and auction returns.
Oversee compliance efforts to ensure DOT and local regulatory compliance.
Facilities & Equipment Oversight
Lead warehouse projects to maximize productivity, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
Develop preventive maintenance (PM) programs and incident response documentation to support fleet and field operations with facility upkeep and equipment allocation.
Manage Warehouse Supervisors, Coordinators, and Operations staff across territories.
Partners with departments like Dispatch, Fleet, Safety, and Field Operations to align goals and processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and ethical conduct.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Define and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, lead times, asset use, and warehouse performance.
Analyze operational challenges and provide strategic, data-driven solutions.
