Credit Risk Officer (Sales)
Compensation:
$106,000- $145,000 plus bonus potential
(candidates with significant related experience may be higher, in addition compensation may vary based on location of candidate)
Description:
Are you a seasoned, strategic credit manager who understands how to control credit risk while helping a strong financial institution grow? Do you possess the knowledge and experience to help strategically manage commercial real estate and business lending through good times and bad? As the Credit Risk Officer at Royal Credit Union, you will assist the VP of Credit Risk Management in overseeing business lending activities for CRE, C&I and small business lending. Your expertise will help develop, maintain, and enforce lending standards and underwriting practices. In this role, you will also be a resource for business lending leaders guiding lending activities. You will help manage approval processes and report on key risks and trends in our portfolio. This is a full-time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed. Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training. Training is held at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
