Receptionist (Administrative)
As a Receptionist you will be an essential part of our team, whose job is to provide support answering telephones, directing incoming telephone calls, and recording messages. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and directing visitors, vendors, families and the community. Provides office assistance and greets visitors as they arrive. Responsibilities:
Checks incoming mail daily. Responsible for receiving, sorting, and promptly distributing mail for Residents and Administrative staff. May forward Residents Business mail to family members. Assists with any special projects as needed by various departments. May routinely assist Human Resources or Social Work with dictation/transcription. Copies and faxes documents as directed. Files records and information in a timely manner as per facility policy and procedure. Monitors inventory of unit supplies, orders and stocks unit supplies as necessary.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED/TASC preferred. Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments. Ability to interact appropriately and professionally with staff, residents, vendors, and volunteers. Long term care experience preferredDemonstrated understanding and experience with computer applications, typing, filing, knowledge of medical terminology and office procedure required.
