Delivery Optimization Advisor, Fulfillment Pharmacy Operations - Evernorth - Hybrid (Finance)
The Delivery Optimization team oversees the safe delivery of over 90 million prescription packages annually. Our team creates and implements strategies around the shipping network to continually improve the experience of our patients and physicians while implementing expense reduction projects for the organization. We work cross functionally with all Evernorth pharmacies to create efficiencies and leverage best practices. The Delivery Optimization team manages the relationships with the leading carriers across the country and actively participates in the postage and shipping industry as one of the leaders in healthcare.
The Advisor will lead and manage Delivery Optimization supporting activities for Evernorth pharmacies. This role is unique in that the responsibilities will be both tactical and strategic. The tactical will be lights on/doors open support for operations and carrier partners. The strategic will be collaborating with the Delivery Optimization team to share best practices, lessons learned and proven successes to improve the overall pharmacy delivery network.
This position is best suited for an individual who not only enjoys, but thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated nimble learner, who requires minimal oversight, and a mindset to improve the contributions of the Delivery Optimization team.
This position is in-office aligned and will require the flexibility to perform onsite 3 days per week at a designated Cigna facility.
