SUMMARY
Provides thought leadership for testing principles, strategy, and testing execution of Subaru's custom-developed platforms. Leads a team that works in close partnership with the development teams supporting our Digital, Marketing, and Retailer (dealership) platforms. Supports Subaru's objective to bring exceptional custom developed experiences to our customers with high levels of automation, accessibility, and quality.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $92,100 - 130,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Internal Job Grade: M1) In addition to competitive salary, Subaru offers an amazing benefits package that includes:
