About this Role:
The Analyst, Digital Analytics position is an individual contributor role on the Experience Analytics team. You will be joining a high-impact team working cross-functionally to aggregate and analyze digital experience data, compiling results to influence marketing and digital experience leaders making operational and strategic decisions. Working within Adobe Analytics, you are responsible for analyzing user behavior on T. Rowe Price's Personal Investing website and mobile app and developing monitoring reports for use within product teams. This role will work in partnership with product owners to develop KPIs and measurement strategies and maintain centrally-approved metrics, segments, and monitoring workspaces within Adobe Analytics. This team is expected to be the Adobe Analytics center of excellence for II digital products, empowering partners to make data-driven decisions using timely analytical information.
Role Summary:
Independently conducts analyses and evaluates data and reporting to deliver functional analytics or business insights, collaborating with digital product owners to develop KPIs, formulate and test hypotheses, evaluate assumptions, and validate results. Develops data visualizations to assist business stakeholders across a variety of areas/departments, surfacing opportunities, identifying risks, highlighting messages, and clarifying understanding of the underlying data. Identifies opportunities to promote data literacy across the organization. May partner with more senior team members as needed.
Responsibilities:
With limited guidance, supports assigned area with advanced statistical and quantitative analyses. Serves as a resource to less experienced team members. Works with business subject matter experts to frame hypotheses and responses for exceptions.
Works with disparate data sets to prepare data for reporting. Reviews results to ensure they address identified business needs.
Prepares or reviews drafts of visualizations. Responds to ad-hoc requests of managers and/or other leaders. Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to nontechnical audiences.
Works with business subject matter experts to define requirements. May draft project plans, use cases, user stories, or business cases. Oversees internal and external groups in the execution of the plan.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated professional experience using Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics to analyze digital behavior and marketing performance on web and mobile app platforms.
Demonstrated professional experience identifying digital analytics implementation needs, translating business questions into development requirements, and performing ad hoc tracking QA requests.
Demonstrated professional experience analyzing A/B tests within Adobe Test & Target or a similar platform.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with business partners to understand the business question(s) they seek to answer using data.
Ability to communicate and visualize analytical results and insights for partners at all levels within the organization, including senior management.
Ability to work multi-functionally with others in team environment as well as independently and with minimal direction.
Willingness and ability to learn new tools, concepts, and processes quickly.
Ability to successfully prioritize to meet deliverables.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
Base salary ranges:
$91,500.00 - $156,500.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
