Business Analytics Director, Customer Experience and Operations Enablement Business Analysis - Evernorth - Remote (Finance)
Reporting to the head of the Customer Experience and Operations Enablement (CX&OE) Business Analysis (BA) team, this individual will lead critical analytical work necessary to identify and advance Coverage Review Operations (CRO) strategic priorities. CRO provides a variety of clinical services that help health plans and pharmacy benefit managers protect patient health and safety and improve affordability while reducing unnecessary costs.
The role will lead a business analysis team within the CX&OE organization, working closely with executive partner(s) and their team(s) to deeply understand the business problems at hand, guide the development of analytical models/insights and build compelling business cases presentations that positively influence the outcomes of the opportunities at hand.
This role will work closely with the head of CX&OE BA to help develop and evaluate execution of the strategic agenda, including multi-year strategic planning, developing business plans, securing funding for prioritized strategic initiatives, and coordinating strategic efforts with broader Enterprise business partners.
The BA roles will be highly visible within the leadership team of CX&OE, act as a dotted line member of their executive partner and be a critical thought partner.
Key accountabilities of this role include:
A) Influence and implement CRO strategic priorities in close partnership with the CRO LT and business segments to design future state operations and experiences
B) Develop analytical models to generate insights that solve business problems for the CRO business and their partners
C) Act as a key thought partner for both the executive and their direct reports

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 150,500 - 250,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
