Inventory Management Specialist - Parts experience preferred (Finance)
The Altec Service Group has service centers and an extensive fleet of mobile service vehicles and technicians across the United States and Canada, honoring Altec's commitment to be there for the life of the equipment.
The purpose of this position is to provide excellent support and satisfaction within the Service Center. Respond to parts related inquiries and resolve customer issues. Provide parts updates to Management on the status of current orders and take steps to facilitate Customer Satisfaction with the service and repair quality and speed.
