Craftsman Position (Finance)

We are seeking a highly skilled Craftsman to join our construction team. This versatile role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including carpentry skills, equipment operation, general labor, safety compliance, and various construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be experienced, safety-conscious, and proficient in all aspects of the construction field.

The company-wide hourly wage range of $17.00 to $40.00 for this role at all levels is dependent on several factors. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant experience, location, and experience, applicant's abilities and market and business considerations. The Hourly wage range listed is subject to change at any time, in the Company's discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship. The foregoing information reflects base wages only and does not include other forms of available compensation (see benefits overview below) to which employees may be entitled to and other compensations/benefits, which are dependent upon various factors including but not limited to years of service, location, performance, etc.
