Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans based on residents' medical conditions, dietary needs, and preferences.
• Monitor progress and adjust nutritional plans as needed.
• Provide guidance on special diets, including therapeutic and texture-modified diets.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to dietary services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and AK State licensure required.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines, therapeutic diets, and regulatory standards (CMS, state regulations).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
