Summary:
Provides administration and program support to the initiatives under management of the Utilities - Energy Services team. The Program support specialist will provide day to day operational and administrative support with the development, implementation and evaluation of efficiency programs and technical support for meeting the efficiency, conservation and renewable energy objectives of the Energy Services team. Work hours are flexible based on school schedule, with typical work hours being 24-30 hours per week if available.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the program administration of various efficiency, renewables and demand response programs, in conjunction with the Energy Services team. Review and provide support for the intake process of new residential solar and energy storage applications. Direct contact with end use customers and contractors via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings regarding efficiency and conservation options and resources. Complete data entry of project information into software tracking platform. Troubleshoot missing application information directly with customers and contractor. Assist and facilitate various field inspection data collected. Collaborate with team to create reports, program updates and various data management tasks. Review and analyze residential energy use information. Conduct research on other existing similar programs to aid in development of new programs and improvement of existing programs. Staff special events to inform public about Utilities programs. Miscellaneous data entry projects from initiation to close out. Other duties as assigned.
