Assistant System Administrator (Information Technology)
Provide service desk support for field and office staff
Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot computer systems and computer peripherals
Maintain user account information, including rights, security, and system groups
Aid in documenting IT systems and processes
Assist with regional office and company-wide projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of relevant IT experience
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
MSCE / MCITP certifications or equivalent experience
Thorough interpersonal communication skills both in person and remote
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server 2016 to 2019 preferred
