This position reports into Senior Director, US Brand Growth Finance and is based in Skillman and is expected to move to Summit in or around Q1 2025.

Role reports to: Senior Director, US Brand Growth Finance
Location: Skillman, moving to Summit in 2025
Pay: $119,000-$205,850
What you will do
The Senior Finance Manager, Hair will be responsible for full P&L management of the US Hair & Scalp business with sales of $400MM annually. The Hair & Scalp business represents brands including OGX, Maui, Rogaine, Aveeno and Neutrogena.
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for conducting financial analysis, deploying dashboards, and developing solutions to problems with varying levels of scope and complexity. This position will partner with the Hair US and Global cross functional teams to provide strategic and financial leadership in shaping and achieving financial goals for the Hair Portfolio. In addition, the role is responsible for leading and shaping innovation and business development initiatives through influencing cross functional resource allocation decisions to successfully deliver growth. Additionally, you will develop policies and procedures to meet finance group objectives:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of the Hair division as a Sr. Finance Manager.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the division, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company goals.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and strategies.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to achieve business goals
• Provide financial guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams
• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the finance department
• Act as a technical specialist and mentor to other members of the finance team
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 8-10 years of finance experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in general finance and/or accounting
Desired Qualifications
• MBA preferred
• Experience with SAP or other finance ERP systems preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
What's in it for you
• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
