Payroll & HCM Implementation Specialist (Administrative)
Develop an extensive working knowledge of the UKG Ready (PaycoHCM) product suite.
Collaborate with clients to ensure timely delivery of products sold.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide updates on accounts sold.
Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective end-user training encompassing all aspects of the software.
Provide end-user training using a variety of delivery methods.
Develop training materials for implementations as needed.
Facilitate a warm transfer to the dedicated Payroll Specialist to ensure all working knowledge of the account is passed on; ensuring a seamless transition for the client.
Demonstrate PaycoHCM for potential new/existing clients, as needed.
Perform any other work-related duties as assigned
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (Eastern Time)
