Finance Assistant

Quirk is looking for an assistant for our Financial Coordinators. This is an entry-level position, and no prior Automotive Sales experience is required. We will train the right candidate! Come join our team with a focus on relationships with our customers, our fellow staff, as well as the surrounding communities.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Finance Coordinators with processes involving vehicle lease and purchase transactions
• Complete all legal documents for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations
• Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction,
• Perform any other related tasks, as assigned by the manager(s)
• Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of any pending transactions

Job Requirements:

• Must be well acquainted with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work well in fast pace environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
