This position plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and directing the daily operations and long-term planning of the Rail Operations division, including Light Rail and Commuter Rail. The Deputy Assistant General Manager (DAGM) oversees all aspects of Transportation, Vehicle Maintenance, Maintenance of Way (MOW)/Infrastructure, and Training within the division. The role requires a deep understanding of Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and/or Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of rail services. The DAGM works closely with the Assistant General Manager (AGM), Rail Operations to implement strategic initiatives, manage resources, and lead a high-performing team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pay Range:
$162,606.00 - $229,681.50 AnnualRTD posts a compensation range that represents a good faith estimate of what RTD anticipates paying for the position at the time of posting. Starting salary is based on the candidate's relevant and verified education, training and work experience.
