Role
The Wireless Client Services Intern is a part of the team that identifies opportunities and recommends alternative solutions to our customers to mitigate churn through understanding of the rights, obligations, and financial terms of existing agreements. This role and team focus on fostering internal and external customer relationships that result in maximizing revenue streams. The Intern will partner with internal departments to improve processes that better serve our mission and promote customer information and retention.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Wireless Client Services
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
