Affordable Housing Specialist (Administrative)

The Affordable Housing Specialist/Property Manager of the subsidized Multifamily Housing programs role is an administrative position. This role is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the subsidized Multifamily Housing programs, data entry & administration of the housing assistance payments for 7 of Harbor Cares Multifamily Housing programs. They serve as a resource to the Multifamily Housing managers. They prepare and process program documents, maintain program databases and monitor HAP payments. Additionally, this role will be responsible for overseeing the property management duties of 2 of the Nashua HUD properties.
