Sr Facilities Maintenance Manager (America's Central Region) (Finance)
A Day in the Life
This exciting Sr Facilities Maintenance Manger role will be based on-site in Fridley, MN and have maintenance management oversight (local Twin Cities facilities and remote oversight) over facilities in the US Central Region to include: Manufacturing, Warehouse / Distribution and Office facilities.
As Sr Facilities Maintenance Manager , you will direct and provide leadership to large internal and contracted facilities teams and interact with employees at all levels including executives. Provide oversight and evaluate performance of facilities programs including building maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and fire systems. Responsible for assessing condition, planning, management and forecasting of large expense and capital budgets. Indirect reports in the Americas Central Region to include Maintenance Supervisors, Mechanics, Technicians and Contingent Workers at facilities in: Greater Minneapolis area, with remote management for facilities in Michigan, Memphis and Dallas/Ft Worth.
You will manage Supervisors and a large team of Maintenance Mechanics. You will also manage large regional vendors (i.e., HVAC, Chiller, Fire System, UPS, Elevator, etc.) for multiple state-of-the-art facilities. You will ensure our employees have a collaborative, safe, comfortable work environment. You will provide direction to the Facilities technical staff. Problems and issues faced are difficult, and may require understanding of multiple issues, job areas or specialties. You will actively make improvements of processes, systems, to enhance performance of the job area. Analysis provided is in-depth in nature and often provides recommendations on process improvements.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$128,800.00 - $193,200.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
