DESCRIPTION
Michael Baker is seeking a Mechanical Department Manager to lead the team in our San Diego, CA, office. The successful candidate will be Michael Baker's lead for the mechanical operation staff, and responsible for business development, new work, as well as be a lead project manager for key projects with select clients. The candidate will oversee business planning, resource management, and quality assurance for the entire mechanical team. They will also be responsible for leading, developing, and growing the group of professionals servicing federal, state, county, municipal and private sector clients within the mechanical, plumbing, and piping building design expertise. Leadership and Management:
The salary range for this position is $119,000-$207,000.
