A Brief Overview

This internship will be a period of practical training, carried out by a student within our department to assist in completing specific work projects, training and developing employees across the globe to all Regions including North America, APAC, LATAM and EMEA and global functional departments.   The individual will help assess needs through varied methods; design programs and tools; facilitate training and workshops; and collaborate with Global Learning and Development and Employee Experience leadership teams to support special projects and initiatives. The individual must bring a passion for adult learning and should be able to apply both strategic and operating skills to impact execution and business performance.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent development, including employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. The intern will support the Talent Development Manager in executing key programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of talent development programs, including goal setting, performance management, engagement surveys, mentorship, and leadership development.
  • Support the coordination and execution of training sessions, workshops, and other developmental activities.
  • Help develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and other resources.
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent development and provide recommendations for program improvements.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide logistical support for talent development events and activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project planning.

    Education (Preferred Majors)

    • Required:
      • Rising Junior & Rising Senior in a Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR concentration, Education, Organizational Development, Social Science, Instructional Design, Psychology)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Required:
      • Enrolled student currently pursuing an undergraduate (rising junior or senior) degree
      • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
      • English language proficiency
      • Interest and/or coursework in adult learning and training program management, international development, business project management, data analytics, or organizational development.
      • Ability to work on a team and independently on projects and tasks
      • Experience using the Microsoft suite of products.
      • Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
