Physical Therapist - Injury Prevention - Industrial Setting (Healthcare)

Doctors of Physical Therapy On-site is currently hiring a part time Physical Therapist, 20-32 hours per week, to partner with a leading American manufacturer in a state-of-the-art industrial setting. This position could grow to full time in the near future.

Focus is on injury prevention, ergonomics and wellness programming. DPT has helped keep thousands of workers safe from injury by providing innovative solutions in the field of environmental health and safety. We offer thorough onboarding, training, and mentorship.

Work Schedule (may vary slightly)

4-5 hours per day
Must be available for a 7am start 2 days of the week

Responsibilities:

Make recommendations for proper body mechanics and workstyles
Provide new employee injury prevention education
Perform ergonomic assessments
Walk the production space and interact with employees
Perform injury screens and provide first aid
Roll out pre-shift warm up exercise program
Partner with industrial client's management team
