Receptionist - PT Temporary (Finance)
• Provide administrative services to a team of professionals
• Support client activities, especially in engagement assignments requiring logistics and event planning.
• Possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills to support leadership and project managers.
• Anticipate the needs of department leads and managers proactively.
• Coordinate multiple schedules, projects, and deliverables; manage databases for financial accounting and business development systems.
• Assist with editing, printing, and assembling reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare meeting minutes for review and distribution.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
• Manage multiple calendars and meetings.
• Assist with budget management and other financial matters.
• Coordinate projects involving all levels of internal management and staff.
• Prepare and manage expense reporting for project managers and above.
• Organize staff engagement events, including evening and weekend events.
• Lead logistics for public-facing events and interact with stakeholders.
• Support team-building and social events within the organization.
• Assist in managing the office executive's calendar.
• Procure materials and supplies for the organization.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma with 5+ years of related work experience; higher education is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with enterprise financial systems like Oracle is a plus.
• Database management experience required.
• Excellent communication skills for internal associates and external clients.
• Experience in general office support, including organization, filing, and document library maintenance.
• Professional maturity and dependability.
• Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
• Document control experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $19.06 - $28.01 per hour. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
