A Day in the Life
Medtronic is seeking experienced, dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to convert and close new and existing patient leads by applying best-in-class phone sales/service skills, effective time/lead management, and product knowledge to address and alleviate patient concerns. Responsibilities will include engaging with patients who have entered the sales cycle via digital campaigns or inbound calls.
The Inside Sales team contributes to the success of the Diabetes US Sales Organization by executing a number of sales activities such as nurturing leads, outbound calls, responding to inbound patient calls, closing customer orders in a timely fashion while ensuring a quality customer experience. Our Inside Sales team members work closely with our field sales team to drive sales activities tied to Medtronic Diabetes portfolio of products.
Location: San Antonio, TX: 18302 Talavera Ridge, San Antonio, TX 78257
Hours: Monday- Friday; 8-hour shift between 7A-8P.
Pay: Set rate of $21 per hour plus a sales incentive bonus that could earn you an additional $12,500 per year or more!
Training: Paid training will begin on January 21st. *To be considered, you must be able to attend training from January 21st- February 21st.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$21- $21
The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $21 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
