Stephenson Cancer Center is Oklahoma's only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Cancer Center, and one of only 72 NCI-Designated Cancer Centers in the United States. It is the Office of Cancer Research Team's goal to provide the best customer service and support for the SCC's Cancer Researchers.
At the Stephenson Cancer Center, we have an exciting new job opportunity that could be right for you! The Senior Strategic Initiatives Coordinator position is a mid-level level position that works closely with the Strategic Initiatives Manager and the Director of Cancer Research as a part of the Office of Cancer Research efforts to support the center's core infrastructure initiatives. Office of Cancer Research organizes the selection and review process for internal grant programs and a coordination role for preparing reports to our key stakeholders. This person provides professional staff support for large center initiative grant projects, project coordination, and requires a high level of customer service and organizational skills.
This position will be located on the OUHSC campus with hybrid and/or remote option possible for experienced candidates.
Duties:
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, AND:
Equivalent Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 96 months experience
