Solution Architect, Generative AI - Digital Human (Finance)

We are looking for a Solution Architect or Data Scientist to join the NVIDIA AI Enterprise (NVAIE) SA Segment team. We specialize on the newest technology and advances in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Accelerated Data Analytics and Cloud. The vision of the NVAIE Segment team is to use our deep expertise to guide and enable the successful adoption at scale of NVIDIA AI Enterprise Software in production!

These digital personas enable more dynamic and human-like interactions, offering users a far more engaging and intuitive experience compared to traditional text-based or static interfaces. This shift allows businesses to optimize workflows, reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, and ensure their teams spend more time on innovation and critical problem-solving while maintaining a personal, approachable connection with users. As a member of the AI Segment Solution Architecture team, you will work closely with customers and partners to tackle hard problems in customizing and deploying Digital Human workloads in production at scale.

What you'll be doing:

• A huge part of our day-to-day job is developing end-to-end Machine Learning & Deep Learning solutions that enable Enterprise use cases. We work with customers to successfully adopt NVIDIA AI SDKs and APIs by providing deep technical product expertise.
• This role requires experience in building digital human workflows, including video and audio streaming, speech processing, avatar customization, LLMs, AI agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and keeping up to date with the latest Generative AI innovations.
• We contribute to the wider organization and community by sharing our expert knowledge with others. This can vary from building hands-on training to writing papers, developer blogs, and teaching.

Above all, you will be part of the team that helps bring NVIDIA technology to life in the Enterprise! We empower you and give you the tools to achieve this with the backing of all of NVIDIA, including other Solution Architects, Product and Engineering teams. You'll get to be the face and trusted expert advisor that our customers rely on.

What we need to see:

• Strong foundational expertise, from a BS, MS, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years experience demonstrating an established track record in Deep Learning and Machine Learning. Strong software engineering and debugging skills, including experience with Python, C/C++, and Linux. Experience with GPUs as well as expertise in using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience building and customizing generative AI pipelines showing proficiency in TTS, ASR, avatar animation, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks.
• Demonstrated DevOps experience including deployment with Kubernetes across cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Clear written and oral communications skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives and engineering teams. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong desire to share knowledge with clients, partners, and co-workers.
• Ability to learn fast and quickly adapt to change.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Demonstrate expertise and hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI software (Tokkio, ACE, Riva, Audio2Face, Nvidia Blueprints, Nemo, Guardrails, and NIM).
• Experience with third-party digital human solutions such as Unreal Engine and ElevenLabs.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.
• Leadership experience working with customers and managing large projects with multiple collaborators.
• Show willingness and agility to dig into unfamiliar territories to solve complex problems relying on experience from previous work.

The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
