Maintenance Assistant (Finance)
Tetra Tech is adding a Maintenance Assistance to our Case Management team based in Houston, Texas at a local mobile home park.This is a project-based role.

Your Role:
The selected Maintenance Assistant candidate must be able to work at a local mobile home park located in Houston, Texas.
• Responsible for performing minor home repairs and lawn service around the grounds.
• Assist with accepting rental payments from tenants.
• Updating rental logs and write out receipts for payments.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Must have experience performing minor home repairs and other home maintenance skills.
• Must have experience using battery-powered hand tools.
• Must be able to push a lawnmower and operation a weed eater.
• Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. many times in one day, including the ability to handle a sheet of exterior plywood.
• Regular office hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which may include weekends and holidays as needed.
• On call work required to assist Park Management with making unforeseen repairs after normal office hours as needed.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• A self-starter with the ability to take direction.
