Reconstruction Carpenter (Construction)

Teasdale Fenton is a family-owned Property Cleaning and Restoration company that has been serving Tri-State area for over 180 years. Over those years, we have become a name people know and trust for their carpet cleaning and property restoration needs. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, property restoration involves a lot more than just cleaning. It involves reconstruction… which can be everything from framing to cabinets. And because of our continued growth, we are looking to add to our Restoration Carpenter team.
What does a Restoration Carpenter do… well I'm glad you asked. In this role, your job responsibilities include:

Installation of foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
Fitting and installation of window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim.
Removal of damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and then repair or replace.
Inspection of ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
Work directly with Project Managers and/or Estimators as to scope of work to be performed, including budget.
