Executive Assistant (Administrative)
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
Manage the Executive's calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure department deliverables are met, including follow-up with the Executive's direct reports.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
Assist in tracking deliverables and timelines to ensure critical milestones are met.
Research and organize confidential data and information.
Coordinate and prepare event materials, including board meetings, executive meetings, and business reviews.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support the Executive's objectives.
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and other documents - including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint materials - ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with the company's objectives.
Assist in organizing and planning events, ranging from small meetings to large, high-profile gatherings, including taking and producing detailed meeting minutes.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations of senior leadership by maintaining effective relationships.
Maintain a work area that ensures the safety and confidentiality of all customer records and transactions.
Understand and comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policies and Procedures
Represent Community Bankshares Inc and/or its subsidiaries in the community and at community events as appropriate.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
High degree of ability to process and handle cash.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Demonstrated excellence in working with peer teams across organizations.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Ability to operate bank's systems, typewriter, calculator/adding machine, check encoder and other standard equipment.
Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
