Marketing Specialist (Sales)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate leads for new and existing products and markets.Consulting with internal teams to provide recommendations on market strategies that align and enable our company goals.Planning and executing digital and print advertising campaigns (Email, PPC, etc.) with the ultimate end goal of achieving new customer leads.Interpreting results from digital and print advertising campaigns and shares insights with cross-functional project teams.Support Sales Team with customer and market research; updates to CRM platform.Excellent writing and editing skills in drafting marketing collateral, website content, blog posts, and social media content.Managing digital and print assets, including landing pages, e-commerce sites, collateral, and other digital assets; coordinating resources when needed.Leading identification of digital tools required to support and streamline processes, ensuring compatibility and integrations with existing company tools.Staying current in digital best practices, tools, and consumer privacy laws through internal and external connections, training, and conferences.Work with the sales team to create both digital and paper campaigns and prepare results.Monitor company goals success through various sales, quoting, purchase order, and marketing metrics.Define and develop new product and market areas.Develop and organize go-to-market strategies with the help of the sales team.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or relevant fieldMinimum of 2 years experience in social media, marketing, communications.Skilled in use of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Audiences, and BusinessAnalyticsExperience with a variety of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Indeed) for campaign performance reporting and optimization.Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).Experience in website design and updates (Word Press)Experience with Salesforce CRM.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to collaborate and operate within a large, complex organization.Ability to operate with discipline while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
PREFERENTIAL SKILLS:
Marketing Agency experience is a plus.Experience with manufacturing or engineering environment preferred but not required.Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Canva) and an appreciation for a great look and feel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to sit and work on a computer for an extended period of time.

While on the shop floor, you must wear safety glasses.
