As a Sales Support representative, you will work closely with our Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales process by assisting with order entry, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

Estimating- Read/interpret blueprints, calculate materials needed and cost estimates
Customer service- develop a positive rapport with clients/customers
Data Entry- convert estimates into active orders using computer systems
Field measuring- perform measurements for orders
Special order tracking
Sales representation- represent contractor sales staff when senior sales member is out of the office
