Job Description:
At Epiq, our Business Development Representatives identify and research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and build and cultivate prospect relationships. Our BDRs are highly motivated to interact with partner and associate level attorneys to introduce Epiq solutions that will improve their law firm practices. If that's you, keep reading. This full-time position is a remote based employee.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls and e-mails
Research and develop new leads for our products
Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
Showcase our legal services and technology products to prospects, including demos
Partner with our SME's to close sales
Consistent achievement of sales targets
Contribute to sales forecasting, including managing all information for new and prospective customers in Salesforce
Identify gaps where current products do not meet client requirements
Job Requirements
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Presentations to high-level decision makers
Use of online presentation tools
Technical aptitude to master our product
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Prior sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas (software sales is a plus)
Experience performing to sales metrics
Understanding of legal industry and selling to law firms is a plus
Attorney is a plus, but not needed
