Are you a highly motivated, resourceful individual? Do you have corporate finance knowledge or experience? Our Treasury Operations team has an opening for an Associate Manager.
The Treasury Operations team is responsible for broad activities related to the cash management and payment support of the company within the Kyriba application. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to develop knowledge of Prudential's businesses, strategies, and financial strength, including a variety of cash management and payments processes.
The Associate Manager will work closely with business partners, technology teams and participating banks to drive successful production support and optimization of the Kyriba hub.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid or Remote and may require your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Liaise with business units and other key stakeholders both from within and outside the Department to resolve production issues and drive incremental efficiencies
Investigate, research, and resolve payment and cash management operational issues for businesses and coordinate with agile team on defect resolution
Apply critical thinking and knowledge based decision making to support operational optimization, including identification of enhanced insights and analytics
Assist team members in creating reporting to monitor activity and compliance with Payments and Cash Management policies
Facilitate the creation of test scripts and execute on scripts, to include full end user regression testing where needed for incremental improvements
Assist with data collection and research required for payments and cash management industry changes
What you'll need:
At least 2-3 years of work experience in corporate finance, capital management, accounting, or capital markets preferred
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
Critical thinking and problem-solving experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong cross disciplinary skills with experience handling multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
Team player with an ability to be productive independently
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Kyriba application or agile methodologies preferred
