Production Inventory Administrator (Project Management)

Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Production Inventory Administrator to manage and track inventory transactions, production orders, and sales orders using the Odoo ERP system. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate material planning, order execution, and inventory control to support efficient manufacturing and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, manufacturing workflows, and inventory management. This individual will be expected to work independently and with minimal supervision and collaborate well with other people. Practice clear written and oral communication skills, and decision-making.
Process and track component transactions within Odoo ERP to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs), ensuring proper planning and execution.
Monitor the progress of work orders and assist in resolving production bottlenecks.
Kit and issue materials for production, ensuring all required components are available.
Close out completed Manufacturing Orders and update inventory accordingly.
Create and maintain Sales Orders (SOs) in Odoo ERP, ensuring accurate customer and product details.
Work closely with the sales and production teams to track order status and update records as needed.
Coordinate inventory movements to fulfill customer orders, either by shipping finished goods or replenishing stock.
Ensure on-time order processing and identify potential delays or inventory shortages.
Maintain accurate inventory records, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and production schedules.
Identify and implement efficiency improvements in material handling and order management.
Generate reports on inventory levels, order progress, and material consumption for leadership review.
Assist in cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation to ensure system accuracy.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience working with Odoo ERP or similar manufacturing/inventory management systems.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and supply chain workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and generating inventory reports.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with production, sales, and logistics teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Preferable ability to speak and communicate in both English and Ukrainian languages.
